Logbook & Car Servicing

Keep your car running its best and your warranty intact with proper logbook servicing - done by hand, stamped, and without the dealership price tag.

New-car warranties don't require you to service at the dealer. Australian law lets any qualified workshop carry out your logbook servicing, and we follow the manufacturer's schedule to the letter - the right oil, the right filters, the right checks - and stamp your book so your warranty stays valid.

Beyond logbook work we handle minor and major services for older vehicles too. Every service includes a thorough check of brakes, suspension, tyres, battery, belts, hoses and fluids, so small problems get caught before they become big bills.

You'll get an honest report on what your car actually needs now versus what can wait - no scare tactics, no padding the invoice. Just a well-looked-after car and a clear idea of what's coming up.

Questions about logbook & servicing

No. You're entitled to have your logbook servicing done by any qualified mechanic without affecting your manufacturer's warranty, as long as it's done to schedule with the correct parts - which is exactly what we do.

A minor service covers oil, filters and a safety check. A major service adds extra items from your logbook such as spark plugs, additional filters and fluids. We'll tell you which one your car is due for.

Most vehicles are due every 12 months or 10,000–15,000 km, whichever comes first, but it varies by make. Check your logbook or ask us and we'll let you know.

We use genuine or quality OEM-equivalent parts that meet your manufacturer's specification, so both your warranty and your car are protected.
